Privacy

Plant-A-Seed Educational Consulting (PAS), doing business as Arianna Howard Consulting Group, is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of all learner records in accordance with IACET standards.

Learner records are kept accurate, current, and secure. A password-protected electronic database is maintained and includes participant contact details, program attendance information, and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) records.

Paper records, including session sign-in sheets containing personal information, are securely stored in locked file cabinets accessible only to authorized personnel.

CEU certificates are typically emailed to participants within 30 days of the event’s conclusion.

Learners may request copies of their records by completing a secure Microsoft Form, available upon request. All requests are verified and processed by authorized personnel. Records will be released and forwarded within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the nature and urgency of the request.

Learner records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years and are securely destroyed thereafter in compliance with data protection best practices.

Proprietary Interest

PAS is committed to transparency and the avoidance of conflicts of interest in all learning programs.

All instructors are required to disclose any proprietary interest they may have in any product, instrument, device, service, or material mentioned during a learning event. This disclosure is provided in course materials and communicated to learners prior to the start of the event.

At this time, neither PAS nor any PAS instructor holds a proprietary interest in any product, service, or material discussed during our learning events, except for those offered directly by PAS. No third-party compensation is received in relation to course content or delivery.

PAS regularly reviews its compliance with this policy to ensure ongoing integrity and transparency in our training programs.
