Arianna Howard Consulting Group is committed to maintaining working, learning, and service environments that are welcoming, respectful, accessible, and free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

This commitment applies to AHCG employees, contractors, facilitators, speakers, participants, clients, and others engaged in AHCG programs, services, events, and activities.

Professional Conduct

AHCG does not tolerate unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or other conduct that undermines a safe and respectful working or learning environment.

Prohibited Conduct

AHCG prohibits unlawful discrimination or harassment in employment, programs, services, or activities.

AHCG also prohibits retaliation against an individual for raising a good-faith concern, reporting possible discrimination or harassment, requesting an accommodation, or participating in the review of a reported concern.

Reporting and Response

Individuals who believe this policy may have been violated or who have questions or concerns are encouraged to contact AHCG.

AHCG will respond to reported concerns promptly, appropriately, and with discretion. Information will be shared only as reasonably necessary to review and address the concern or as required by law.

When appropriate, corrective action may include changes to program participation or responsibilities, removal from an event or activity, termination of a contractor relationship, disciplinary action, or termination of employment.
